It all started on Monday, 22.09.2025. Classes 6a and b met at 9:00 am at the WvSG in Gronau. All the classes were very excited and eager to get going.
The children said goodbye to their parents and finally set off. Everyone wanted to get on the bus quickly and see their rooms. After a chaotic 40 minutes, we arrived and everyone jumped out of the bus and it was a huge mess. When we were finally allowed into our rooms, we were delighted and fascinated by how big and beautiful they were.
In the afternoon, we played team games. We had to prove our team spirit and had a lot of fun.
In the evening, we had a cozy campfire with snacks and scary fun!
After we got up, we had a delicious and invigorating breakfast. Then we went canoeing. We first learned all the important rules. Once we had memorized the rules, we went onto the water and paddled a few laps. Then we paddled down the river and our destination was the canoe camp. When we all got out, we had to stretch from all the sitting.
After some time at the canoe camp, the bus arrived and we went back to the youth hostel. In the afternoon, we played the chaos game. The game was great fun for everyone.
In the evening there was a disco. It was very cool and we danced and partied a lot.
The next morning we had to pack again. We went into town in the morning. It was a really great school trip with lots of action and fun!
