St. Nicholas party at the Bethesda senior center

In an Advent atmosphere, many of our pupils contributed to a cheerful St. Nicholas celebration at the Bethesda senior center. This year, Louisa Althaus, Lina Brefeld, Elisabeth Burike, Pauline Burike, Josephine Heinrichs and Clara Hollekamp (all 6a) danced a choreography they had devised themselves to "Last Christmas", Milla Averhaus, Franziska Büscher, Emilie Feldhaus, Lara Hüchtebrock, Emma Kernebeck, Frieda Nieratschker and Charlotte Wenningmann (also all 6a) performed a play with St. Nicholas specially staged for the celebration, Luca Wolf (9b) played the piano, Leni Feldhaus (9a), Ida Hilbring and Thea Kottig (Gesamtschule Epe) danced to "the more you give".At the end of the celebration, Louisa Althaus and Pauline Burike sang "In der Weihnachtsbäckerei", while some girls from 6a handed out home-baked cookies.
